Found downtown at Rosie's Funnel Cakes a black male cat about 1 yr old. She is a little thin but friendly, obviously someones cat. She is now at the shelter.

Cat just went through a sex change. She is now a he.

She was mis-diagnosed as a he when he was first admitted.
