Sent to me today, and got me up off my chair to see if i had any and sure enough, found one. It is in the trash now with the hole cut much bigger.
Scary suff and so sad, so check this out and then throw yours away too.

Has anyone got this up, i couldn't and if not then what do i need to do now?

Fixed, and this is worth seeing, a rubber ball with a hole in it has wrecked havic in some dogs life, causing death to at least one, please toss out any of these balls you might have, just in case.
