Grandson found a big puff ball.....They should be out....Great fried.....
Any one got recipes for Persimmons.....Cake cookie soup dried etc They will be getting ripe soon......Anyone ever made persimmon jelly

The puff Balls that are white inside are great...Gem Studded and Smooth skin are the popular types to eat

.Sliced and fried in a little butter......

The ones brown inside BAD.....Lots of mushrooms are out..Saw lots of Death Cap and other BAD ones....
Any growing out of egg shell look at the base are in the BAD group..

Most are fairy ring this time of the year. Attached and Free gilled

Anyone in hear like to look for Mushrooms...Love them and wild plants..
