View Full Version : Jewel Tea dishes?

Do any of the shops in/around Eureka have Jewel Tea dishes?
Or any non-shop owners?
I (may) be interested in buying, if you know of anyone selling.

foxy, Jewel Tea was a company that sold (as best I can remember) household stuff - mainly food-oriented, way back when. They came in trucks (sort of like UPS trucks) to the customer's home. The customer would place an order for .... whatever ..... next week it would be delivered.

They had a line of dishes with a bittersweet pattern, made by the Hall company. My mother had several pieces, which I now have.

It's become quite collectible the last several years.

(I wish I could post a picture.)

I like the looks of it - mainly because it reminds me of me dear sainted momma.

(Actually, I think the pattern is more commonly referred to as "Autumn Leaf".)
