Two years ago today my son and I were home for our first full day since his brain surgery. He was in a wheelchair but starting to get up on his walker a little. We came home to many working on his new room so he would have enough room to move around in the chair and walker. I can't thank those of you who have offered physical and spiritual support enough. Today he is walking with only a limp and still regaining lost info in his brain.
On this anniversary, I would like to thank everyone for all the help given to my son and our family over the course of the last 2+ years in dealing with all of this.
Thank you to the builders, the cooks, the support system, the therapists, Dr. Bell(who took on primary care status even though he didn't want to), the teachers in our wonderful school system and our church family from St. James for all the help in so many ways.
May God Bless you all.
Kim
