Search function still not working right...

Can you please check the search function? I just tried to search for some old posts, and while the posts are there, using advanced search comes up blank. Seems like there is a huge hole in the system's memory. Really old posts are there, new posts are there, but there are a lot of posts still missing.

Shouldn't any indexing of the database be complete by now?

Can you hit the search engine with your hammer again? It is not showing anything when searching... No page comes up at all.
