OK, this is a little convoluted but ....

This software restricts all html. If you want to use dangerous html (embedding a video is considered ... dangerous), I have to set up a bb code that replaces it.

I have set up YouTube. If you want to show a YouTube video:

Get the URL from the YouTube site. It looks like this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SjxY9rZwNGU

Look for the part after youtube.com/watch?v=SjxY9rZwNGU

(in this case, SjxY9rZwNGU) -- that's all you need from the URL

To embed the video, put a code in your post like this:

SjxY9rZwNGU
