Animated Avatars

Kim,
Could you please tell me how I can animate my avatar?
In my pictures, in photo bucket and in my profile pic, my avatar is
animated but it will not animate as my posting avatar. Help!

It's because it was bigger than 80 x 80. (Maximum avtatar size.)

When you upload the avatar, the program resizes it and loses the animation.

You have to use a special program to resize an animated gif. There's a free online resizer at http://www.gifworks.com

Well bless your leetle pea pickin' heart, I came onsite this morn and my jolly roger was flapping in the breeze. Now I can contentedly go and do the same thing with my mouth.

(I thought I had got that off an avatar site and assumed it was properly sized.)
