My gosh, Ron. You have transformed that poor, neglected house into a beautiful and welcoming home! Great job!

I added a new pic, so feel justified in bumping.

Thanks Max. Sometimes the process has been lonely and unpleasant and I very much appreciate your praise. I don't have many before pictures, but here's one of the exterior:

Ron had one of those huge roll off dumpsters brought in and nearly filled with trash. The deck in the before picture has a huge pile of trash underneath it. He had posted a picture of the refrigerator which had been left full of food for 2 or 3 years before he bought it. The inside of the refrig was enough to gag a maggot.

Is this one of those "If you have to ask the price it's too expensive" homes?

Ok, so it's too expensive. I still want to know.

What is the price for this house?

07-11-2007, 01:39 PM
Thank you for asking, Gino.

The house is offered for $205k. The 1/4 acre buildable, improved (new sewer line, water and electric nearby) lot adjacent to the house is offered for $30k.

That looks really nice!!! Hope Lee Jeans isn't as dishonest as Ron Bell

What is the actual address of the home? I'd love to come by and check it out.
