With the formation of the Domestic Partnership Registry in Eureka Springs, Arkansas finally took a step toward assuring all its citizens the rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The DPR brought a great deal of business to Eureka Springs, and with the economy going into a tailspin lately, it would be a terrible time for that town to lose one of its major draws of all different types of people.

Frankly, I do not understand this current legislative group in Arkansas, what with the move to destroy the DPR and making criminals out of our citizens who won't be able to afford to buy cigarettes in our state any longer. Is there not already overcrowding in our jails? What's next? Will you be making criminals of homosexuals? It seems that we're going full-speed in reverse, and I am
