I'm looking for photos of the trolley systems in your study. Can you send me to some sources?
We are proposing a similar system in Spokane Washington.
Nice report!

RE: trolley rendering by R. Pollard

Kathy,
RE: Richard Pollard / trolley rendering
The drawings that the Preservation Society purchased are the color renderings, the show cards, and Vision 2000 Plan Booklets, which include 2 drawings of downtown, 1 with and 1 w/o street, the entry road at planner Hill and Main St. transversing northerly with sidewalks. Those are currently stored at the Historical Museum.
The sepia drawn by Richard Pollard, which produced the drawing in the Study was purchased by me and I still have possession/ownership of it. Mr. Pollard will soon modify his original drawing to more suitably depict the "Streetcar" vision of the Feasibility Study. He approved the use of the subject drawing in the Study and we will continue to use it until he modifies it.

Comments: A month has passed and you are still using property of the Eureka Springs Preservation Society on your website logo. Once again we will ask that you remove our rendering from your format. Thank you.

Comments: I recognize the drawing on your webpage as belonging to the Eureka Springs Preservation Society.
The original is locked in the Preservation Room at our local Historical Museum.
This drawing and others, were done without the authorization of our board. This was late summer 1997, when a board member wanted to obtain an ISTEA grant for our group. He wanted to build sidewalks and place replecia streetlights down his street as well as down Planner Hill. Being a non-profit this was not acceptable. Mr Ron Latimer resigned and the artist Mr. Richard Pollard was paid by our board for these drawings.
At that time they became full possessions of the E.S. P.S. and we were convinced we had the originals and copies.
I would like to know how you came to use this picture.
Thank you for your response.

Comments: Has anyone thought to get permission from the Parks & Recreation Commission for use of Harmon Park and its buildings considering that they have plans for this area?
